Does the analysis guarantee my photo will be accepted?

No. PhotoCheck is advisory only — we approximate the published rules, and the consulate or USCIS officer makes the final call. Verify against the official source linked on each country page before submission.

How long do you keep my photo?

We do not store your photo. It is held in server memory only during the few seconds we run the analysis (typically under 10 seconds) and discarded as soon as the response returns to your browser. No facial recognition, no model training on your image, no sale or sharing.
